Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Only unworn, unused, and undamaged products in original packaging are eligible for returns.
• Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items.
• For all other returns, we offer store credit or exchanges (see Return Policy).
• Refunds to the original payment method are not offered, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is inspected.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• A restocking fee of 5-10% may apply for returns that aren’t due to defects.
